A brand new GUMI song by 40 meters. The producer is pretty popular (he did torinoko city) so its not surprising this hit #1 almost immediately. Its not super great, but certainly catchy and a nice song to listen to (in contrast to most other songs I found on the charts these days... :/)
The title says "kiritorisen", I think, which means... I don't know lets just ask google translate. :V
